BARR BIKE' S TOOL SCHOOL CLASSES

Andy Stewart has been successfully designing and teaching bicycle maintenance
classes to the public for more than over 12 years. As an avid cyclist, his
dedication to teaching others is rooted in a simple idea that the more people
understand about their bicycles, the more they will enjoy their cycling
experience.
Andy has been a
bicycle mechanic, instructor, and service manager for over 20 years. He began
his career in bicycle mechanics learning at the prestigious Barnett Bicycle
Institute in Colorado, where he later worked as an instructor from 2002 through
2005.
Over the years Andy has
enjoyed a wide range of cycling experiences. A few examples; building a frame
for extended touring (including RAGBRIA), attending the Olympic Training
Center’s mechanic certification program earning a CAT3 rating (later acting as
neutral support at some area roads races), participating in and training for MTB
races (including The Chequamegan 40 and the Kansas Death Ride), and of
course, giving great service to countless customers.
